Conference Innovators Ltd is a limited liability company jointly owned by Directors Megan O'Brien and (Mr) Tracey Thomas.  Established in 1994 Conference Innovators manages large and complex conferences and events specialising in, but not limited to, medical, legal, scientific and government arenas. Super efficient systems and a very strong infrastructure combine to offer clients astute and experienced business practice in the area of conferencing. This means we project and risk manage events. We provide full financial management support and reporting; we oversee all aspects of the marketing and collateral development; we make the registration process seamless using the latest technology ensuring it is simple for both the delegate and our clients; we coordinate the website for our clients and maintain them throughout each event; we can recommend venues and we liaise with the many suppliers required to make events a success; we are the central contact for speakers, delegates, sponsors and all other involved parties; we provide secretariat support and we ensure that when the conference goes live there is a team of capable and experienced staff on site to ensure the clients are able to relax. In a nutshell, we can do the lot when it comes to conferences, exhibitions, incentives and events. And then when the last delegate goes home, we prepare a thorough evaluation for our clients.
