In 1994 she founded Conference Innovators (CI), and the company has grown steadily in reputation and size since then. CI is arguably New Zealand's leading conference organising company with a full time team of 16 event professionals who are involved with events throughout the country.

Megan has personally managed hundreds of events, across a variety of sectors and dealt with thousands of participants, sponsors, exhibitors and suppliers over the last ten years. The huge sense of achievement when completing a successful event has not diminished over the years and is the driving force in maintaining her passionate hands-on role with each client's event.

Megan is an Accredited Meetings Manager and a recent Board Member of Canterbury Tourism.
