Registration fees are in Australian dollars and include 10% goods and services tax.

Accommodation

To assist you with booking accommodation when attending the conference the organisers have negotiated exclusive rates at the conference hotel, Sofitel on Collins. Bookings at the hotel can be made via the registration form.

Please note: If when booking your hotel, the online system indicates it is full please email Rosanna Carleton rosanna@conference.nz with your preferred hotel and dates and she will be able to assist you. The hotel may not be full, your dates may fall outside the rooms held by the organisers.

 

      

Sofitel Melbourne on Collins

This 5 star Melbourne hotel is located in the heart of the shopping dining and theatre district of Melbourne city centre on the Paris-end of Collins Street named for the areas old world European character and cosmopolitan cultural attractions.

Cancellation and refund policy

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person, please notify Conference Innovators Di France, diana@conference.nz, in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, please note the policy below:

Before Friday 7 February 2020 you will incur a $150 cancellation fee. From Friday 7 February 2020 there will be no refund, except at the discretion of the organising committee. Refunds will be notified and processed within one month following the Conference.

Accommodation cancellations made within 30 days of the conference will be charged in full to supplied credit card.
