Following are some frequently asked questions

Do you charge a set up fee?
No – the fee is entirely per registration. (limited numbers may apply)

How long does it take to get the online form up and running?
Event Link will set up an on-line registration service and attach it seamlessly to your web site within 4 days of all of the information being provided.

Do you work with events that are non-conference?
Yes we do. Many sporting events use our services.

Can our participants edit their own records?
Yes they can! We provide them with an access key so that they can change demographic details and/or add functions.

Can other PCO’s use your service?
Yes they can and they do!

What payment options do you offer our participants?
They can pay on invoice, pay by credit card or advise that they will pay by direct credit (invoice with banking details provided).

Can we have reports sent to us on a regular basis?
Event Link staff will work with you to set up a schedule of reporting times and ensure that you receive them at the appropriate times.

What if I need to get some information on the weekend?
Event Link will set up reports that you can access at the push of a button anytime and in ‘real time’.

Can our team check on who has registered at any time?
You can check on how the registrations are coming in via an Event Link statistics report - any time.

What additional benefits can we offer potential sponsors?
We will work with you to collect demographic information that will be helpful to your sponsor's future marketing strategies.

How do you provide accounting reports?
Event Link guarantees to accurately account for all of your registration income. We will send regular reports to the person nominated to take responsibility for the accounting area of the event.
