We work with you to design the online and hard copy forms that are clear, relevant to the event and easy for participants to complete. Depending on the event you may decide to be as ‘green’ as possible and only offer the online registration option.

Confirming participant details:
Our team prides itself on being responsive. We will provide immediate electronic confirmation of each registration. This is followed up with a letter confirming all of the participant’s details and a tax invoice. Our turnaround time is within 48 hours.

Reporting:
A myriad of reports are available on line. Our clients love being able to access data in real time 24/7 via a management login page. We set up the reports that you require and these are personalized to your event.

Personalised packs:
We ensure the participant name tags reflect the event and it’s branding. If you have an idea for something quite different – just ask us – we are always looking at new and innovative ways of tagging people! Name badges, tickets etc are all packed into a plastic pocket (we recycle of course!) and provide a seamless collection service when participants arrive at the event.

On site services:
The first day of conference can be really stressful for the organisers. With our team at the registration and information desk you can be assured that participants will be warmly welcomed and provided with all the information they need. Last minute registrations and name badges – no problem – our IT systems travel with us.
