On behalf of the New Zealand Anaesthesia Annual Scientific Meeting combined with the 13th International Congress of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia we would like to invite you to participate as a sponsor or health care industry (HCI) exhibitor at the conference being held in Auckland, New Zealand from the 14 – 17 November 2012.

The remaining HCI exhibition sites are available for general allocation on a first in basis. We recommend completing and returning the application early to secure your choice of location. An indication of your first three preferences and any competitor avoidance should be noted on your application.

Receipt of all applications will be acknowledged and sent together with a receipt or GST invoice for the cost of each stand or sponsorship. Sponsor packages will be acknowledged within ten working days from receipt of the application.

Final confirmation for both sponsor packages and HCI will only be made once payment is received.
