Online Registrations CI provides an interactive, online registration service via our EVENTS registration system. Using a secure website, organisers can access online reports that show a breakdown of total registration details and delegate demographics in real-time 24/7.
Delegate or attendee registrations are acknowledged immediately and details confirmed while the client is online. A full booking and secure credit card payment facility is provided. The registration team sends confirmation letters that include the registration details such as registration category type, delegate name badge name, social function ticket bookings, dietary or special requirement requests, accommodation bookings - all the necessary details required for delegates from overseas to complete New Zealand visa application requirements. The complete registration system is taken onsite to handle replacement name badges or last minute registrations.
Paper registrations While CI are at the forefront of registration technology, and many organisers will decide to provide an on-line service only, on many occasions there is still a desire or need to provide a manual registration process as well. The processing of registrations can work together with the on-line interactive registration form, as above. Manual registrations are processed and a letter of confirmation posted within 5 working days. This includes issuing an invoice and statement where requested.
Registration Fees Generally CI will charge on a per person basis and the fee becomes part of the cost in the event budget included in the fees paid by each delegate.
