A website is an integral part of your event organisation and promotion and CI provides this service as an "optional extra".
CI has an in house website building and content management service. We can save your organisation time and money by managing the conference or event website which forms part of the overall event budget. We will work with you and our website designer to create a site that gives you the functionality and look required to successfully market and drive your event online.
We will quote you an upfront set fee for website development - changes and updates can be made at anytime. Forgotten something? Don't worry, we can add it.
There is the ability to "hang off" CI's website, e.g. www.conference.co.nz/rnzcgp2008, therefore there is no need for redundant sites. We close them down at the relevant time after the event.
