Early bird registration closes end of day, Friday 19 March 2010. All fees are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of 12.5% GST.

New Fellows Registration - click here to register now as a New Fellow

The College and Faculty are pleased to offer complimentary registration to the ASM Fellows admitted to Fellowship within the past two years (following 1st April 2008) who wish to be presented formally during the College Ceremony on Saturday 1 May.  Please note you cannot take advantage of this complimentary registration if you have presented at a previous ASM.

Payment Details


Payment for registration can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX secure transmission facilities provided) or an invoice can be requested.

Once you have completed the online registration process, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of your registration. A confirmation letter and invoice/receipt will be e-mailed to you within three to five working days. You may access and amend your registration details online until two weeks prior to the Meeting.

Cancellations


Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Meeting Manager in writing.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less a $350 cancellation fee will be made provided notification is received by Friday 26 March 2010. After that date, refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. Refunds will not be granted on failure of visa application. Substitute delegates will be accepted.

The Meeting and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the Meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The ANZCA ASM 2010, Regional Organising Committee and the Meeting Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the ANZCA ASM 2010, Regional Organising Committee and the Meeting Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays.

Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Meeting does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
