Cancellations - Dentists Programme
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Conference Secretariat in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less a $100 + GST administration charge will be made provided notification is received by Monday 19 July 2010. After that date, refunds will be at the discretion of the NZDA. If for reasons beyond the control of NZDA the Conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
