Partner registration

If you are bringing a partner to Dunedin, additional tickets may be purchased for social functions and partner tours. Please select the events on your registration and register their name. Everyone registered as a partner will receive a name badge. Partners are not eligible to attend business sessions.
 

Cancellation and refund policy

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person, please notify Conference Innovators' Emma Redfern, registration@conference.co.nz, in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, please note the policy below:

  • Before Friday 3 June will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
  • Before Thursday 30 June will incur a 50% refund of fees paid.
  • From Friday 1 July there will be no refund, except at the discretion of LGNZ.
  • Social tickets, council hosted tour or partner tour tickets cancelled from Friday 1 July will not be refunded.

Refunds will be notified and processed within one month following the conference.

Accommodation cancellations within 30 days of the conference are subject to a cancellation fee based on to individual hotel/motel policies.
