Accommodation and transfers will be arranged by Conference Innovators and you will be advised via email of arrangements made in the week prior to your meeting.
For those that require flights we will also book the best available fare and most suitable to get you to your meeting, unless you advise otherwise during registration.
Note: Once flights are booked changes will be at your own expense. Tandem Travel is the Ministry's preferred supplier
For those travelling by car (from outside the city of seminar delivery - Auckland ,Wellington, Hamilton, Christchurch) please take note of your mileage upon departure and return then fill in a claim form and return to anna@conference.co.nz or fax to 03 379 0460 no later than two weeks post event.
