Digital technologies are transforming how we live – shaping our homes and our workplaces, and changing the way that we interact with each other and live our everyday lives. Our education system needs to change how we prepare our children and young people to participate, create and thrive in this fast-evolving digital world. As a part of our nationwide curriculum consultation, opportunities to learn more and provide your feedback will be available at regional presentations taking place across New Zealand through July and September 2017.
Multiple sessions will be provided in each region, and will be targeted to specific audiences.

We encourage you to think ahead as to how this proposed curriculum content will impact on the learning of New Zealanders over the next 5 to 10 years. The proposed curriculum content is available online at https://education.govt.nz/ministry-of-education/consultations-and-reviews/digital-technology-consultation/
We want to ensure that the proposed new curriculum content will work for teachers, kaiako, schools and kura, so our students can achieve the best possible learning outcomes. We need your feedback to ensure we have got it right. Your feedback will also be invaluable for determining the support leaders and teachers will need to effectively implement the new curriculum content in their schools and kura. http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/3628791/DT-HM-consultation
