On behalf of the Conference Organising Committee and Executive of NZCAM may I extend a sincere thank you to all doctors and associated nurses who attended the conference, along with our treasured speakers, sponsors and exhibitors, without whom the conference would not be possible. With over 100 attendees, the 2011 conference was a great success and we very much look forward to building on this success in 2012. The Organising Committee have confirmed that the 2012 conference will be at the Millennium Hotel, Queenstown on the 19-22 September 2012 and we look forward to welcoming you once again to what has become the home of NZCAM conferences.
