How to register
Online registration is via the secure link below. Payment for online registration can be made by credit card (secure site) or an invoice can be requested. Please indicate if prepayment has been made into the Convention National Bank account. Once you have completed the registration process, a summary of your registration will be emailed automatically and a GST receipt/tax invoice will be emailed within seven days. You may access and amend your details until one month prior to the conference.
Edit an existing registration
You may access and amend your registration details until one month prior to the conference. Should you wish to amend your conference details please contact registration@conference.co.nz or phone +64 3 379 0390.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Convention manager in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of NZ$100 will be made, providing written notification is received by 8 July 2012. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. If for reasons beyond the control of the committee the convention is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after a deduction of expenses already incurred.
The NZCEOC reserves the right to alter the programme, withdraw, replace or cancel speakers without notification to registered delegates.
