 Session A :  2.15pm to 3.15pm
Session B :  3.45pm to 5.15pm

Friday 8 July

Session C : 11.00am  to 12.30pm
Session D :  3.00pm to 4.00pm

Instructions for presenters

Each concurrent session slot has a presentation time of 20 minutes and 5 minutes for questions and answers.
An invited host will chair the session.
Presentations can be uploaded in the speaker room close to the registration desk.
A dedicated technician will  upload your power point and be available to assist with editing and pre delivery checks.
All rooms are equipped with computer , data projector and whiteboards.
Consent will be sought ahead of the conference regarding willingness to share your presentation with others.
