Should your company wishes to include support material / satchel inserts in the delegate conference satchels at the 2011 Conference please download the form, complete and return by Monday 6 June. Items may be up to A4 in size – a flyer or DLE or other and will be subject to approval by the conference organisers. The cost is $262.50 (inclusive of GST).
