Stay onsite at the conference venue or close by in apartment style options that may be more suited for families or longer holidays.

Block bookings with special conference rates have been secured for the conference, which are available to book via the registration process. A credit card is required to guarantee all room bookings - it will not be used for billing (except any cancellation fees that may apply), you can pay for cash, EFTPOS or credit card when you stay. Note that the organisers cannot be responsible for other discounted room rate offers made by the hotels from time to time.

The Millennium Hotel Queenstown is the venue for the conference, located in the heart of Queenstown close to the central shopping and entertainment area. The hotel is also minutes from various other outdoors activities such as bungee jumping, white water rafting and jet boating. The Coronet Peak ski area is only 20 minutes away, the Remarkables ski area 25 km and the Cardrona ski area 65 km to the north.
With 220 bedrooms, meetings facilities, business centre, gym, bar and restaurant, the Millennium Hotel Queenstown is located on Frankton Road which is the main road into Queenstown, 6 km from airport. The Millennium Hotel Queenstown is a 4 Star Plus and Enviro Gold Qualmark Rated Hotel.
Junior Suites - these vary in configuration but generally are more spacious than rooms.
Executive Suites - each feature a separate lounge from the bedroom.

Car parking
The Millennium's car park is open 24 hours, 7 days a week and is available at no charge although spaces are limited to 60 parks.  Additional free parking is available on Melbourne Street alongside the hotel.
