Online registration (and online amendments) have now closed.  To register prior to the Conference please print off the Registration Form, complete and fax it to Conference Innovators on +64 3 379 0460 and bring a copy with you to the Conference.

Registration Fees

Full registration fee includes:

Partner registration fee includes:

• Morning and afternoon teas

• Partners’ Day Tour
• Conference Dinner

Registration Desk Hours:

The Registration Desk will be located in the Pre Function Foyer of the Marlborough Convention Centre and is open during the following hours:
Sunday 21 November                        10.30am – 5.30pm
Monday 22 November                        8.00am – 6.00pm
Tuesday 23 November                      8.00am – 2.00pm
Wednesday 24 November                8.00am – 1.00pm

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Conference Managers in writing.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charges of NZ$100 plus any credit card charges incurred, will be made providing notification is received by Friday 22 October 2010. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
