The NZSA 2016 organising committee extends a warm invitation to you all to join us for the bi-annual conference in Tauranga from 20  - 24 November, 2016.

Earlybird Registrations are available from Monday 27 June until Wednesday 28 September - registrations from Thursday 29 September will be charged at the standard rate.

All costs are stated in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand GST of 15%.

The information supplied via the online registration process will be shared and used by the New Zealand Society for Actuaries. The Privacy Act 1993 requires that, before your name and organisation details can be published in the list of delegates either for distribution to fellow delegates or any other party, you must give your consent. Unless you advise during the registration process, or by emailing Anna Mills, Event Manager (, your name and organisation will be included on the list of delegates distributed at the conference.


Edit and existing registration

If you wish to make changes to your registration, you are able to until Monday 7 November 2016. Please contact Emma Redfern at or phone +64 3 379 0390. 


Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Anna Mills, Event Manager ( ), in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $150.00 will be made providing notification is received by Monday 3 October 2016. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the organisers.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
