Block bookings with special conference rates have been secured for the conference, which are available to book via the registration process. A credit card is required to guarantee all room bookings - it will not be used for billing (except any cancellation fees that may apply), you can pay for cash, EFTPOS or credit card when you stay. Note that the organisers cannot be responsible for other discounted room rate offers made by the hotels from time to time. To extend your stay beyond the main conference dates you may need to request these from the organisers, contact registration@conference.co.nz for assistance after you have made your booking for the dates that are showing available. All prices shown below are in NZ$ and include GST (currently 15%). |
