Please note that registration fees are in New Zealand Dollars and include 15% GST. You must be registered (in one of the above categories) for the conference to view the industry exhibition.

How to Register
Online registration is now open via the secure link above. Payment for online registration can be made by credit card (secure site) or you can pay by cheque or cash on arrival at conference. Alternatively you may download pdfs of the registration form and registration brochure and complete the registration form and bring this to the registration desk at the Millennium Hotel Queenstown.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Convocation Manager in writing via registration@conference.co.nz or via fax on +64 3 379 0460. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less an administration charge of NZD$150 + GST will be made provided notifcation is received by Wednesday 29 February 2012. After that date, no refunds will be made. If, for reasons beyond the control of RECTUS, the conference is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

All best endeavours will be made to present the programme as displayed on this website. The conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the conference, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. RACDS and the Convocation Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee and the Convocation Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The convocation does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
Goods and Services Tax
As the Convocation is taking place in New Zealand and the goods and services are to be provided in New Zealand, all prices include GST of 15%.
