Publication of abstracts
Accepted abstracts will be posted on the conference website from 03 December 2011.
Accepted abstracts will also be published in the conference handbook, distributed to delegates at the conference.
Submission and publication of full papers
Authors of accepted presentations may, if they wish, submit full papers for publication on the conference website.
Full papers should be submitted via www.shallowsurvey2012.org between 15 August 2011 and 08 February 2012.
Full papers will not be reviewed.
Publication of presentations
Presentations will be available on the conference website from 02 March 2012.
Details of the presentation submission procedure will be advised to authors on their acceptance.
Registration
All presenters must register to attend the conference and are responsible for their own travel, accommodation and registration expenses. Registration will be available from 22 June 2011.
Presenters must be registered by 01 December 2011 to guarantee a place in the programme.
