The Shallow Survey Conference 2012 is being organised and hosted by Land Information New Zealand (LINZ), National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research (NIWA) and the Institute of Geological and Nuclear Sciences (GNS) (who make up the organising comittee) as part of their collective commitment to sharing and expanding knowledge on surveying shallow waters.
