- Notes: Fee rates for complimentary tickets apply until 3 December. Additional tickets are available to Sponsor and Exhibition organisation employees only and require their respective companies representative approval. Principal sponsors are able to purchase three additional tickets - all other sponsors and exhibitors can purchase two additional tickets.
Partners are encouraged to attend
If you are bringing a partner to the conference and wish them to attend the opening and/or social functions please register your partner on the social function section of your registration form so they will receive a name badge. Partners are welcome to attend the opening powhiri (official Maori welcome) for which there is no charge. Tickets for the Icebreaker, Exhibition Opening and Conference Dinner can be purchased when registering.

Payment
Payment can be made online by requesting an invoice or posting a cheque along with your full name and contact details to the Conference Managers or by Visa, AMEX or MasterCard (please note this is a secure site).
How to Register
Please read this page carefully before completing your registration. We encourage all delegates to register online via the link below for instant confirmation. Sorry but there are no group registrations - each person needs to register individually.
Complete the online registration form via the secure link and print a copy for your records. Payment can be made by credit card (secure transmission facilities provided) or an invoice can be requested. Once you have completed the submission process, an acknowledgement of your registration will be emailed automatically and a full confirmation letter with tax invoice/receipt will be emailed within seven days of your submission.
Alternatively, to place a manual registration download the form here to send by post or fax. A summary of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent to you within three to five working days.

To amend your registration details
You may access and amend your registration details until two weeks prior to the conference by entering the password supplied with your confirmation. Note that cancellations must be supplied in writing to the Event Manager, attention to registration@conference.co.nz
