Abstract Re-submission Instructions

Authors who have received an abstract resubmission request should follow the steps outlined below:
1. Down load the abstract template click here (note the abstract and full paper template is the same document - the abstract should be a short version of your full paper).
2. Ensure your abstract is in the exact format as shown on the template including:

  • Length - 2 A4 pages in 2 columns , pictures or diagrams can be included for clarity
  • The abstract must be written in English
  • Abstracts are to be submitted in PDF format and will be published in the book of abstracts

 3. Email your corrected template to wendy@conference.co.nz before Wednesday 14th December

Please note if resubmissions are not received by Wednesday 14th December they will be presumed withdrawn by the author and there will be no follow up by the conference organisers.


Full Papers – submission period 26 January - 15th March 2012

All accepted authors (Oral and Poster) are required to submit a full paper to be published in the conference material. 
Note papers will not be reviewed, please ensure they are correctly formatted without errors before submitting.

To submit your full paper please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Down load the paper template click here (note the full paper and abstract template is the same document - the full paper should be an extended version of your abstract)
2. Ensure your full paper is in the exact format shown in the template including:

  • Length - ORAL  8 - 10 A4 pages in  2 columns, POSTER 4 -6 A4 pages in 2 columns, pictures or diagrams can be included for clarity
  • The abstract must be written in English
  • Papers are to be submitted in PDF format and will be published electronically

3. Upload your full paper via the Speaker Zone below
