Student registration includes:*

  • Attendance at all academic sessions

    * To be eligible for student registration fees you must be a full time student. You will be asked for proof when collecting your registration pack at the conference eg current student card. Part time students who do more than 30% as research students also qualify for the student registration rate.

Day registration / Architects registration (Wed only) includes:

  • Satchel and contents
  • Final programme
  • An electronic copy of 8-10 page full papers (printed volumes  of 2 page extended abstracts may be purchased)

How to register 

Online registration is now open via the secure link below. Payment for online registration can be made by credit card (secure site) or an invoice can be requested. Once you have completed the registration process, a summary of your registration will be emailed automatically and a GST receipt/tax invoice will be emailed within seven days. You may access and amend your details until one month prior to the conference. 









Conference Presenters/Authors
If you have had an abstract accepted as a conference speaker please use the link sent to you via email on 21 December 2011 to connect with your speaker record and add your registration details.


Edit an existing registration
You may access and amend your registration details until two weeks prior to the conference. Should you wish to amend your conference details please enter your access key in the box below, or alternatively contact registration@conference.co.nz  or phone +64 3 379 0390. Please note that cancellations must be supplied in writing to the Conference Manager, attention to registration@conference.co.nz

Terms & conditions

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. All cancellations and substitutions must be notified in writing to Conference Innovators.  Registration cancellations received in writing before and including 1 June 2012 will receive a full refund less an administration charge of $200. After 01 June 2012 refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.  Delegates are not to share registrations.  

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

Charges for cancellations of accommodation, particularly within one month of the conference, will be subject to the discretion of the hotel concerned and your credit card may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel.

All best endeavours will be made to present the programme as displayed on this website. The conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the conference, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The conference organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee and the Convocation organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The convocation does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.


Goods and Services Tax
As the conference is taking place in New Zealand and the goods and services are to be provided in New Zealand, all prices include GST of 15%.
