The venue for the 11th World Conference on Injury Prevention and Safety Promotion is the Michael Fowler Centre. The Exhibition will be held in the Renouf Foyer which is located on the same floor as the Michael Fowler Auditorium where the keynote and some of the state of the art presentations will be held.

Catering will be served amongst the exhibits to ensure a flow of delegates past your stand.

Applications for Space
Applications are now being taken and can be made on the form attached to the prospectus (see above). Sites will be allocated first to partners and sponsors until Friday 20 April 2012. The remaining sites are available for general allocation on a 'first in' basis. We recommend completing and returning the application form early to secure your choice of location. An indication of your first three preferences and any competitor avoidance requests should be included. It is anticipated that interest in the exhibition will be high.

Investment = NZ$4,500 + GST

Stand Inclusions:

  • One 3m x 2m exhibition space (can include pre-fabricated, coal-coloured partitioning if required)
  • Power (10 amp, 4-way switchable multibox)
  • Two spotlights per site 
  • Exhibitor name and stand number prominently displayed on the fascia above in one colour (if pre-fabricated stand)
  • Company listing in the exhibitor directory section of the conference handbook
  • General cleaning of walkways
  • One satchel, including the delegate list (subject to privacy laws), supplied onsite at the Conference
  • Two Conference registrations including:
    • Attendance to the exhibition
    • Satchel and contents
    • Morning and afternoon teas
    • Lunches
    • One (1) ticket to the Welcome Reception
    • Please note that exhibitor registrations exclude tickets to the Conference Dinner, however these may be purchased during the registration process.

Cancellation
If notification of cancellation of space is received prior to Friday 20 April 2012, a refund will be provided less an administration charge of NZ$500 + GST. After this date no refunds will be made. The National Organising Committee reserves the right to cancel the exhibition in case of circumstances beyond their control. In such cases all monies paid to date will be refunded less any costs incurred. The liability of the organiser will be limited to that amount. The National Organising Committee recommends that individual companies take out insurance to cover non attendance and cancellation costs.
