How to register
Online registration is via the secure link below. Payment for online registration can be made by credit card (secure site) or an invoice can be requested. Once you have completed the registration process, a summary of your registration will be emailed automatically and a GST receipt/tax invoice will be emailed within seven days. You may access and amend your details until one month prior to the conference.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign this to another person and must notify the Conference Secretariat in writing by emailing registration@conference.co.nz If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less a NZ$150 + GST administration charge will be made provided notification is received by Friday 31 August 2012. After that date, refunds will be at the discretion of the National Organising Committee. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Conference Organisers, the conference is cancelled the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

All best endeavours will be made to present the programme as displayed on this website. The Conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the conference, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the National Organising Committee and the Conference Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
Goods and Services Tax
As the Conference is taking place in New Zealand and the goods and services are to be provided in New Zealand, all prices include GST of 15%.
